Products and Pricing All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time of order confirmation is what applies to your purchase. We make every effort to ensure product information and specifications are accurate; if an error is identified, we'll contact you before processing any affected order.
Orders and Payment By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment infrastructure at the time of order.
Installation Our chassis-mount battery systems and inverters are designed for professional installation. We strongly recommend using an authorised OzX installer — installation by an unqualified person may void your warranty and create genuine safety risks.
Intellectual Property All content on this website — including product descriptions, images, the DCX brand, and OzX Corp branding — is owned by or licensed to OzX Trading Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, OzX Trading Pty Ltd's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our products is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. This does not limit or exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
